私は、アジアの食文化をテーマにしたグラフィックデザインやイラスト、アートブック制作を行うデザイナー・アーティストです。国内外のアートブックフェアや展示に参加し、リソグラフ印刷など特殊印刷を活かした作品も発表しています。

Hello!  My name is ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN, Takako Masuki.
I am a designer and artist specializing in graphic design, illustration, and art books creation with a focus on Asian food culture. I participate in art book fairs and exhibitions both in Japan and abroad, showcasing works that incorporate special printing techniques such as risograph printing.

東京都昭島市出身。インド・バンガロールや上海でグラフィックデザイナーとして働いた時に、アジアの食文化に関心を持つようになる。帰国後、料理本や実用書のデザインを手がける。2016年より「ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN」をスタート。ZINEや雑貨の制作を通して、アジアの食の魅力をデザインの視点から発信し、国内外のアートブックフェアに参加したり展示を行っている。
好きな言葉は、文化人類学者の梅棹忠夫さんの「国際交流は平和への第一歩」と中村哲さんの「日本の国是は平和」。

Born in Akishima City, Tokyo. While working as a graphic designer in Bangalore, India, and Shanghai, developed a deep interest in Asian food culture. After returning to Japan, engaged in designing cookbooks and practical guides. In 2016, launched ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN. Through creating ZINEs and goods, communicates the charm of Asian cuisine from a design perspective, participating in art book fairs and exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
