私は、アジアの食文化をテーマにしたグラフィックデザインやイラスト、アートブック制作を行うデザイナー・アーティストです。国内外のアートブックフェアや展示に参加し、リソグラフ印刷など特殊印刷を活かした作品も発表しています。

Hello!  My name is ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN, Takako Masuki.
I am a designer and artist specializing in graphic design, illustration, and art books creation with a focus on Asian food culture. I participate in art book fairs and exhibitions both in Japan and abroad, showcasing works that incorporate special printing techniques such as risograph printing.

東京都昭島市出身。インド・バンガロールや上海でグラフィックデザイナーとして働いた後、帰国。料理本や実用書のデザインを手がける中で、アジアの食文化に強い関心を持つようになり、2016年より「ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN」をスタート。ZINEや雑貨の制作を通して、アジアの食の魅力をデザインの視点から発信し、国内外のアートブックフェアに参加している。
好きな言葉は、文化人類学者の梅棹忠夫の「国際交流は平和への第一歩」と、医者の中村哲の「日本の国是は平和」。

Born in Akishima, Tokyo. After working as a graphic designer in Bangalore, India, and Shanghai, I returned to Japan. While designing cookbooks and practical guides, I developed a strong interest in Asian food culture and launched ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN in 2016. Through the creation of zines and goods, I share the charm and richness of Asian cuisine from a design perspective and participate in art book fairs both in Japan and abroad.
